Almost merry...

Well, I didn't get my cookies made, so there was no reward bath on Saturday night. I did get the bills paid, and I called up Ms. Bibliofile and we chatted for a while. Also called up Ms. Spikeiowa, but they weren't home. So I suppose the evening wasn't a total loss. Tonight I have one final thing to buy, and then I can start wrapping. I am the worst gift-wrapper in the entire world. I almost take pride in it! Hopefully, they'll be impressed with my Hello Kitty wrapping paper, and maybe not notice how appallingly wrapped everything is...
I might finish the cookies, the dough is made and rolled into balls, I just have to bake them and throw on some decorations...

Hello Kitty wrapping paper! Yay!

After carefully giving away all those pretty cookies from the exchange, NOW B's parents are coming for lunch on Christmas Day (and I have no time off before then). I thought I was not going to have any occasions to set out cookies, or I would have tried to keep some! Oh well. I will whip up a little fudge, I guess. Lunch is going to come from the deli at Copp's anyway... I don't have time to both clean my house AND cook. STRESS! AIEEE!
