Quarters, dimes, nickels, pennies...

replyhazy's rant about state quarters, I felt the need to look through my own collection and see if I was lacking in anything. I keep about four of each state in a little box, and I took them all out and stacked them up in neat little piles. I know they aren't really valuable, I don't go for the perfect uncirculated ones, I just like to have a few nice shiny ones, and I love whenever there's something new just come out. The only quarter I have less than four of is... Wisconsin! I have three! And darn it- no extra leaves on any of them!
Whenever I see a Georgia quarter, I always hear Lori Petty from A League of Their Own, hollering "I'M A PEEEEEEEEEACH!!!!!!"
I also save Bicentennial quarters whenever I come across them. Again, not because they're of any special value, but just because they're neat! Same goes for wheat-back pennies. I just got one the other day from 1924. Just think how many purses and pockets it's been inside of, how many hands have touched it in 81 years. OK, yeah, *EEW* but still- kinda cool!
