I should be catching up on e-mail...

...but I don't feel like it. It's too hot to think about responding to things in writing. I'd much rather chat with you-know-who. I had a frozen pizza and watched several hours of West Wing reruns on TV. Very relaxing...
Yesterday, I went over to my folks. We threw some tasty beasts on the grill and had birthday cake. I caught fireflies in the back yard, and got a few mosquito bites. My uncle was still in town, so we had a very nice visit.

I went back to the doctor today, the plumbing continues to improve. New medications are working well, but I want to know the reason why I have this problem in the first place, and get rid of it for good, instead of just taking drugs to minimize the symptoms. I got the referral I wanted, to see another doctor who is highly recommended for his work with girly stuff.

Now, I must go put some more aloe stuff on my sunburn. I showed my shoulders to a few gals at work and freaked them out completely! "Oh my god! That's the worst sunburn I've ever seen!" Maybe so, but it's not the worst one I've ever had. Too bad it'll just peel away and not turn into a tan. Curse my pale maternal Danish ancestry!
