I have a headache...

It's a good kind of headache, though. The kind you get from dancing a little too close to the speakers. Bonnie and I went to a ball put on by the African Association of Madison. Fantastic music, and lots of people dressed in traditional African outfits in beautiful fabrics. It was funny, there was a guy we met at a dance last week who was also there tonight. He's a really good dancer. He took quite a shine to Bonnie, and kept asking her if she'd go home with him! She wasn't interested, though. I had a fella come up and dance with me who was also pretty good, said he was from Sierra Leone. I didn't catch his name. He was doing some heavy-duty grinding moves on me, and I played along. It was fun, and not as hard to do as I thought it would be. I wish I had someone to dance like that with me who I really cared about. *Sigh*
Little miss lonely-heart, whining again...

I have to get up in just a couple hours and drive to Illinois with my folks to go to a family reunion. I'm looking forward to it, actually, some cousins are coming that I've never met. In addition, the food is amazing!! I'll sleep in the car on the way down...
