I wonder why....?
Dec. 7th, 2004 10:33 pmWhy is it that when I have the best possible connection I can get, LiveJournal is slow, photos won't load, and icons refuse to show up on the page? When I have a lesser connection, things move along much better. Weird....
Maybe I should stop eating so many cookies....
At this moment, I have a cat inside my shirt. Perhaps I should explain...

whumpdotcom, liked his t-shirts large and roomy. And he had quite a lot of them. He gave a bunch of his old ones to me, as I also like large, roomy t-shirts for lounging around the house. Being that I am quite a bit smaller than I was when I left California, these shirts are really big on me! When I sit at the computer, the cat always jumps up on my lap and tries to rub her chin along the keyboard. To discourage this, I envelop her inside my t-shirt. She'll protest, half-heartedly, then curl up on my lap and start to purr. Sometimes she sleeps, sometimes she'll stick her head out the oversized neck-hole of my t-shirt and watch me type.
I love that cat.
I packed up some cookies to mail toholyoutlaw while watching A Charlie Brown Christmas. That show was made the year I was born. The music helps get me in a holiday mood like nothing else.
