I was just wondering because, well, I killed two spiders the other day. I take immense pleasure in killing spiders. And that got me thinking. Last year, I remember writing about killing spiders. A few people said "don't kill them, spiders are *good*, just take them outside and let them go."
I'm physically incapable of doing that. I am hardwired to my absolute reptilian core to fear and detest spiders, and kill them whenever they enter my home. It's the way I am, and I don't want to change that about myself. I don't ever want to like spiders.
Does that mean I'm as evil as George Bush, or someone who's anti-choice, or anti-gay? How is my single minded spider-hate different from those other kinds of hatred?
Is this why I can't sleep? Because I know I'm evil?

OK, I'm going now...

Anybody got anything they want squished?
