Rebuttal....

It was stupid. It was past 3 in the morning. I hadn't had more than two hours in a row of sleep in a week. I was depressed and I just started typing and that's what came out. Mind you, every word of it is true, but I feel stupid for saying it. I cried myself to sleep, but then I actually slept for eight whole hours, and felt a little bit better.
I got a few things done.
I went to the store.
I did laundry.
I made a nice meal.
I had ice cream.
I know I have friends.
I know it could be worse.
I love my haircut.
